About
Kristen Napoleon has over 20 years of experience in graphic design and creative direction. Her work spans experiential design, print design, website design (IA/UX/UI), brand identity, and photography art direction, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and thoughtful execution.
She currently serves as a 2D Senior Graphic Designer at George P. Johnson (GPJ), a global experiential design agency, where she contributes to large-scale brand environments and immersive experiences. Her work at GPJ centers on translating visual systems into physical space, supporting both concept development and design across a range of environmental applications.
Prior to joining GPJ, Kristen spent almost 18 years at Frank & Victor Design and also gained early experience at Tribeza magazine. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients including Google, IBM, Four Seasons Hotel, Whole Foods Market, Hamilton Shirts, Blanton Museum of Art, Ballet Austin, D Magazine, Preservation Austin, and the American Institute of Architects (Austin and Dallas chapters).
Kristen graduated from the University of Texas at Austin’s Creative Program with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and further developed her design skills through the Austin Community College Design Sequence.
Outside of her professional work, she draws inspiration from travel, music, museums, ceramics, and film. She is based in Austin, Texas.
